Mind Mirage Apps respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across our website and mobile apps, including Illusio.
Depending on the app features you use, we may collect or process:
Illusio may include digital rewards, physical rewards, competitions, giveaways, seasonal events, claim forms, tokens, and tickets. If you submit a claim for a physical reward or physical prize, we may collect the information needed to verify and fulfil that claim.
Addresses are only collected when a user submits a claim for a physical reward or physical prize, and are used only for fulfilment/admin handling. We do not ask for delivery address information unless it is needed for a physical reward or physical prize claim.
Our apps may use third-party services for authentication, cloud databases, cloud storage, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, platform services, and payments. Illusio may use Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Storage, and Google AdMob. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Some apps may display advertising, including ads served through Google AdMob or similar advertising providers. Advertising services may use device, app, and ad interaction information to deliver, limit, measure, or improve ads in line with platform settings and applicable law.
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the relevant app store provider. We do not store payment card details.
Our apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children where consent is required.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide app features, manage accounts and progress, support rewards or prize administration, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and system integrity.
