These terms explain how digital and physical rewards may be offered and redeemed inside Illusio. They are intended to be simple, general terms while reward details are expanded over time.
Rewards may vary by event, season, user eligibility, stock levels, region, platform, or app version. We may update, pause, replace, or withdraw rewards where necessary.
Digital rewards may include downloadable files, codes, in-app items, or other digital content. Some digital rewards may be delivered as instant downloads or made available immediately after a valid redemption.
Physical rewards may require a claim form, delivery details, identity or eligibility checks, and a valid contact method. Physical rewards may be limited to the United Kingdom only, depending on the specific reward or event.
Where a claim form is required, users must provide accurate information by any stated deadline. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late information.
If a reward becomes unavailable, we may offer a reasonable alternative, delay fulfilment, or cancel the reward where appropriate.
Rewards must be redeemed honestly and in line with Illusio instructions. Abuse, automation, duplicate claims, or attempts to bypass app rules may result in a reward being refused.
