These terms apply to Illusio competitions, giveaways, seasonal events, ticket-entry promotions, and similar activities. Specific events may include additional instructions, dates, eligibility details, prize information, and entry limits.
Eligibility may vary by event and may depend on region, age, account status, platform, app version, or other stated conditions. Physical prizes may be marked as available to United Kingdom users only. If a physical prize is marked UK-only, users outside the United Kingdom are not eligible for that physical prize.
Some competitions or giveaways may use tickets, entries, seasonal tokens, or other app-based actions. Multiple entries may be allowed where the event information says so. Entry requirements, limits, deadlines, draw dates, draw frequencies, and ticket rules will be described in the relevant event information.
Winners may be selected manually, by draw, by ranking, by completion criteria, by judging process, or by another method stated for the event. We may carry out admin verification before confirming a winner, including checks for eligibility, duplicate entries, abuse, fraud, technical errors, or rule-breaking.
Winners may be notified inside the app and may need to respond within a stated period. A winner may need to complete a claim form before a prize is fulfilled. Addresses are only collected when a user submits a claim for a physical reward or physical prize, and are used only for fulfilment/admin handling.
Digital prizes may be delivered in-app, by code, by email, or as downloads. Physical prizes may require delivery details and fulfilment time. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with a reasonable alternative if necessary. If a winner does not respond, cannot be verified, provides incomplete information, or misses a claim deadline, the prize may be treated as unclaimed and an alternative winner may be selected.
You must not manipulate entries, automate participation, create duplicate accounts, exploit bugs, submit false information, or interfere with fair operation. We may remove entries, withhold prizes, suspend participation, or take other reasonable action where abuse, fraud, or rule-breaking is suspected.
We may update, suspend, or cancel an event if technical issues, abuse, stock limitations, operational needs, or other circumstances affect fair or reliable operation.
