Illusio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to Illusio and the Mind Mirage Apps website and services that support Illusio. By using Illusio, you agree to these terms.

Use of Illusio

You agree to use Illusio lawfully, responsibly, and in line with any instructions shown in the app. Illusio is an educational entertainment app that may include lessons, practice tools, paths, progression systems, accounts, cloud features, tokens, tickets, rewards, competitions, giveaways, and seasonal events.

Educational Content

Illusio content is provided for general educational, practice, and entertainment purposes. It is designed to support learning and practice, not to replace professional instruction or advice. Learning outcomes, speed of improvement, and performance results can vary by user.

Accounts and Guest Use

You may use parts of Illusio without creating an account. Some features, including certain progression, reward, competition, giveaway, or cloud features, may require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Cloud Progression

Illusio progress may be stored locally on your device and/or through cloud services connected to your account. Local or guest progress may not transfer if the app is deleted, your device changes, local storage is cleared, or you sign in with a different account. You are responsible for maintaining access to the account you use with Illusio.

Tokens, Tickets, and Rewards

Illusio may offer tokens, tickets, digital rewards, physical rewards, or other reward opportunities. Tokens and tickets are virtual in-app items only. They have no cash value, are not money or property, and are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable outside the app except as expressly allowed by Mind Mirage Apps.

Reward availability may change at any time. Redemption, entry, claim submission, or use of tokens or tickets does not guarantee that a reward will be available, approved, delivered, or substituted. Rewards may be subject to limits, eligibility checks, availability, verification, and separate rules.

Competitions and Giveaways

Illusio may offer competitions, giveaways, leaderboards, challenges, seasonal events, or similar activities. Participation is subject to the separate Competition & Giveaway Terms and any activity-specific rules shown in the app or on our website. Entry eligibility, entry limits, winner selection, prize rules, verification requirements, and timing may vary by activity.

Content and Feature Changes

Lessons, rewards, competitions, giveaways, paths, progression systems, tokens, tickets, downloads, and other features may be added, modified, suspended, limited, or removed. Content and feature availability may vary by app version, device, platform, account status, location, region, or operational needs.

Maintenance and Availability

Mind Mirage Apps may temporarily suspend or limit access to Illusio or related services for maintenance, updates, technical issues, security reasons, third-party service outages, platform changes, or operational requirements. We aim to keep Illusio available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, secure, or error-free service.

Abuse, Exploits, and Fair Use

You must not exploit bugs, automate progression, manipulate tokens, tickets, rewards, entries, or results, abuse competitions or giveaways, create duplicate accounts for unfair advantage, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or eligibility controls, or use Illusio in ways that violate applicable laws or activity rules.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or access, refuse rewards or entries, reset progression, remove suspicious activity, or take other reasonable action where abuse, fraud, manipulation, or rule-breaking is suspected.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Mind Mirage Apps products may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. Payments are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. Refunds follow the policies of the platform where the purchase was made unless otherwise required by law.

Intellectual Property

Illusio and related Mind Mirage Apps websites, apps, lessons, graphics, downloads, reward content, copy, designs, code, branding, logos, names, and other materials are owned by Mind Mirage Apps or its licensors unless stated otherwise. These materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, modified, reverse engineered, or used to create competing services without permission, except where allowed by law.

Third-Party Services

Illusio may use third-party services such as analytics, advertising, authentication, cloud storage, cloud databases, app store services, device platforms, and hosting providers. These services may operate under their own terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

Illusio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mind Mirage Apps is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of Illusio, including loss of progress, account access issues, unavailable rewards, service interruptions, or third-party service issues. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
