Drivers

If you cannot sign in, or need your password reset, please ask your office first. Your employer manages driver accounts and can reset your password from the WalkRound office portal.

Drivers cannot sign up or delete their own account in the mobile app. Account changes must be made by your organisation.

Office and fleet managers

New companies register at mindmirageapps.com/apps/walkround/signup. After signup, sign in with the WalkRound Office app on web or desktop. The mobile and desktop apps do not create company accounts.

Response times

We aim to reply to support emails within 2 working days. Messages received on weekends or UK bank holidays are handled on the next working day.

WalkRound is a fleet walkaround and attendance app for drivers (iPhone and Android) and office staff (web). It is published by Mind Mirage Apps. WalkRound is not a payroll system and does not contain advertising.
