Illusio Privacy Policy

Illusio is a Mind Mirage Apps educational experience. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using the live production app.

Information we collect

Firebase Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication for account creation, sign-in, and account security.
Firestore cloud progression storage: We store cloud progression data (such as XP, Tokens, lesson progress, and related progression state) in Google Firestore so your progress can persist and sync across devices.
Local device storage: We store limited app data locally on your device (for example app preferences, cached state, and session convenience data) to improve performance and user experience.

Account creation and sign-in

You can create an account and sign in to access cloud-backed features. Authentication is managed using Firebase Authentication.

Progression tracking and lesson persistence

Illusio tracks gameplay and learning progression to operate core features, including XP, Tokens, progression milestones, and lesson completion/progress persistence. This data is used to provide continuity of your in-app experience.

Analytics usage

We use analytics to understand app performance and feature usage so we can improve reliability, gameplay balance, and product quality. Analytics data is used in aggregate where possible.

Advertising and AdMob disclosures

Illusio uses Google AdMob to serve ads, including rewarded ads, banner ads, and interstitial ads.

Ads may use device identifiers, including your device's Advertising ID, to deliver and measure advertising.
Google AdMob and related partners may collect limited device and diagnostic data to provide ad services, measure performance, and reduce invalid activity.

Account deletion

You can delete your account directly inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

When you delete your account, associated cloud progression data linked to that account (including stored progression records in Firestore) is deleted.
